General Registration Information & Policies

Registration is first come, first served.
Late registrations will be accepted as long as spaces are available.
All late starts will be pro-rated to your start date.

Discount Offers

Note: only one discount can be applied
  • Sibling Discount: 10% discount per child when 2 or more siblings register
  • Multi-Program Discount #1: a 10% discount per session for players attending 2 indoor/outdoor sessions within the same program
  • Top Dogs Discount: a 15% discount for Top Dogs attending twice per week per session
  • Scholarship Athlete Discount: a 20% discount for Bryst scholarship athletes (excluding BFA Program)

Policies

Missed Dates Policy
We do not  offer make up sessions, refunds or credits for missed dates.

Cancellation/Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Non-attendance by a participant does not constitute a notice of withdrawal. All cancellations & requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Program Manager prior to the first session. A $50 administration fee will be applied to all refunds; a $25 administration fee will be applied to credit notes. No refunds once a program begins.

Cancelled Programs/Sessions (by Bryst) Policy
Programs cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (inclement weather, facility closures, closures/cancellations due to safety issues) will be reviewed on an individual situation basis. Every effort will be made to provide an equitable solution through a make up session or credit note or refund. The decision is at Bryst's sole discretion, and once made, will be the final and only decision.

Change of Session Fee
$25 will be charged for switching programs/locations as per your request. Charges will not be applied to identified players moving up.

Payment Options

All payment options are available for payment by cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments will be processed on dates specified in the payment plans.

Please Note: A $30.00 fee will be charged for all NSF cheques.

Payment by Cheque
All cheques, including post-dated cheques for payment plans must accompany your registration.

Indoor &/or Outdoor Payment Plans:

Full Payment (no payment plans):
Full payment accompanies your registration.

Payment Plan A - full payment per session
Register for more than one session/camp now (discount applies) and post date your payments.
Indoor: Include full payment for your first session; session #2 payment dated for December 1st
Outdoor:Include full payment for your first camp week; second camp week payment dated for June 1st; third or subsequent camp weeks payment dated for July 1st.

Payment Plan B (Indoor Only) - 2 payments per session
Four payments for 2 consecutive sessions (discount applies):
Split your payments into four equal instalments for your total indoor fees. The first payment/cheque must be dated for the day you submit your registration; the second payment/cheque post-dated for November 1st; the third payment dated for January 1st; the fourth payment dated for February 1st.

Payment Plan C (Indoor Only) - monthly payments
Monthly payments for 2 consecutive sessions (discount applies):
Exclusively for customers registering for both indoor sessions at the same time. You may split your payments into 6 equal monthly payments. All payments/cheques must accompany your registration. The first payment/cheque must be dated for the day you submit your registration; the following 5 payments dated on the 1st of each month from November to March.

Top Dogs Indoor Academy Program

Registration is by Tryout, Selection or Direct Invitation. Limited spots available. Acceptance into the Top Dogs program is based on direct invitation and tryouts. You can arrange individual tryouts throughout the year upon request. There is no charge for tryouts.

If you are not selected for the Top Dogs program, you have the opportunity to register for the Elite Academy Program. Players in this program will also be developed and evaluated very closely for their future potential in BRYST Top Dogs and other programs.

Bryst Football Academy Teams Program (BFA)

Acceptance into the Football Academy Teams program is based on direct invitation and tryouts. We can arrange individual tryouts throughout the year upon request. There is no charge for tryouts. Contact us toll free at 866-898-8141 to arrange your free tryout!

Team Development Program

How to register
  1. Designate one person from your Team to be the "Contact Person".
  2. Fill out and send the Team Development Registration Request form to the BRYST International Inc. office either by phone, fax or e-mail.
  3. List where to send invoices either by mail or e-mail - Invoicing can be arranged as one invoice at the time of the agreement or monthly for longer packages.
  4. An agreement will be drafted, signed and sent back to you via mail or fax.
  5. You will be required to sign the agreement and send it back.
  6. A coach will be assigned.
  7. Invoicing will be handled according to terms agreed upon.
  8. Begin your team Development!

Notes
  • All packages are based on a 2-hour training period per session.
  • Packages can be customized upon request.
  • Each team will be required to sign an agreement with BRYST with all pertinent details.
  • Each team will need to provide the Team Registration form, along with coach/manager and player information forms.
