Top Dogs, Elite and Kix 4 Kidz - Weekly Programs

The indoor training programs are held on weekends through the fall and winter months in top quality indoor facilities with artificial turf. Athletes have the opportunity to train on both days or one day only.

The Bryst professional coaching staff have a specific training curriculum, the 'Bryst player development model', from which they work, to develop each age group. This is a great opportunity for your child to improve their soccer abilities through the indoor season.

Top Dogs Advanced Indoor Training

Top Dogs is an advanced program, by selection, where peer levels and intensity are higher. It is a supplemental development program for Club players. Training sessions are offered either once or twice a week indoors, however, twice weekly training is recommended for maximum development. A discount is offered for the twice weekly program.

Our goal is to develop and strengthen your play and to challenge you to higher levels. Through various initiatives and programs, we also strive to create future opportunities for your soccer career. Verbal and written evaluations are provided at all sessions.

Elite Indoor Training

The Elite Indoor Training program runs weekly throughout the fall and winter months for the competitive level player. This program is a supplemental program for players who play with a Club team in the summer and/or winter months.

Through our line-up of professional coaches, we provide the best possible learning environment for the ambitious, aspiring soccer player.

This indoor program will further develop players to a higher level, with technical and tactical knowledge for their future development.

Verbal and written assessments are provided at all sessions. Elite players are evaluated for our Top Dogs and BFA programs.

Specialized Goalkeeper training is available at every session.

Kix 4 Kidz Indoor Program

Introducing an exciting new program for young house league players... a program with A TWIST!!! It is designed for the developing house league player, aged 5-10, to learn, play and have fun in the best training environment possible.

Everyone will be involved from program start to end. Players will learn soccer skills to develop confidence in the sport. This will help young players to be more involved in the play, enjoy playing more and stay in the sport.

Kix 4 Kidz has 3 progressive levels of skill development... Yellow, Orange, and Green.

Players must complete the skills at each level before progressing to the next colour. Players can repeat a colour level for as long as it takes to progress. For young players with goals to play more competitively, they can measure their abilities by passing each progressive colour level.

Once players complete the skills of the Green level they will be identified as ready for rep/competitive level soccer, allowing players to gain skills and confidence leading up to tryouts.

For players without a goal to play competitively, they can simply enjoy their sport more when they learn new skills that help them to get more involved in the game and have more fun.

General Registration Information

Registration is first come, first served.
Late registrations will be accepted as long as spaces are available.
All late starts will be pro-rated to your start date.

Discount Offers
(only one discount can be applied)

Sibling Discount: 10% discount per child when 2 or more siblings register
Multi-Program Discount #1: a 10% discount per session for players attending fall and winter indoor sessions
Multi-Program Discount #2: a 15% discount for players attending twice per week indoor sessions
Scholarship Athlete Discount: a 20% discount for Bryst scholarship athletes (excluding BFA Program)

Payment Options

All payment options are available for payment by cheque, Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments will be processed on dates specified in the payment plans.

Full Payment (no payment plan):
Full payment accompanies your registration.

Payment Plan A - full payment per session: Register for more than one indoor session now (discount applies) and post date your payments.
Include full payment for your first session; second indoor session payment dated for Nov. 1st

Payment Plan B - two payments per session
Register for more than one indoor session now (discount applies) and post date your payments.
A current deposit payment MUST be submitted with registration for half of the session fee; second half of session #1 fee dated for Oct. 1st (Fall Session); Winter Session payments dated for Jan. 1st & Feb 1st

Payment Plan C - 6 monthly payments (only available for registrations for both fall & winter sessions): Register for more than one indoor session now (discount applies) and post date your payments.

Add up your total registration and divide by 6.
A current deposit payment MUST be submitted with registration followed by 5 further consecutive monthly payments; all payments must be dated for the 1st of the month

Payment by Cheque
All cheques, including post-dated cheques for payment plans must accompany your registration.
Please Note: A $30.00 fee will be charged for all NSF cheques.
